Job Summary

We are seeking a Python Automation Test Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Storage, Hardware Infrastructure, or Lab Infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing automation frameworks, validating enterprise storage solutions, and ensuring product quality across infrastructure and platform components.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python.
2. Develop and execute automated test cases for storage and infrastructure products.
3. Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
4. Validate storage technologies such as SAN, NAS, RAID, NVMe, and iSCSI.
5. Work with Linux-based environments for test execution and troubleshooting.
6. Configure and maintain hardware test labs, servers, storage arrays, and networking setups.
7. Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify, track, and resolve defects.
8. Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines.
9. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

1. 5+ years of experience in Python Automation Testing.
2. Strong programming skills in Python.
3. Experience with automation frameworks such as PyTest, Robot Framework, or similar.
4. Good understanding of Storage technologies (SAN, NAS, RAID, NVMe, iSCSI).
5. Experience in Hardware Infrastructure, Server Validation, or Lab Infrastructure environments.
6. Strong Linux and shell scripting knowledge.
7. Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM).
2. Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
3. Knowledge of Git/GitHub.
4. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
5. Performance and scalability testing experience.
